Presentation:
In December of 2008 we were lucky enough to take Loud & Sad on the road. We ventured out to Ohio to release our second EP on December 20th while in Toledo. Our host was Gabe Beam ( kbd ) who hosts intimate shows at his house - the Robinwood Concert House.
Purpose:
Toledo turned out to be the ideal setting because at the heart of our second EP is a common human experience. By finding threads that we can all relate we can find connections to our music. The common experience at hand here is the pulse of the home - a feeling of domestication felt by all living things. A way to process what goes on in the outside world in an effort to feel comfortable in your own space.
